According to Adila Hassim, Israel violated Article II of the convention which implies the acts of genocide with the Hamas group in the Gaza Strip.

She also mentioned that Palestinians are facing death from the airstrikes by Israelis.

Throughout her career, Adila Hassim has fought for justice and human rights which she did in her case at the International Court of Justice.
